How it works
Upload the product
One clear photo. The person holds exactly this product up to the camera.
Pick a person
An invented Tevyon character or your own photo, then with consent for photo and words.
Write the text
Up to 220 characters, or have it written from the product photo.
What you need it for
Frequently asked questions
Are these real people?
The Tevyon characters don't exist, their portraits are cleared. With your own photo you need the person's consent for photo and words.
Do I have to label the videos?
Yes. A clip that looks like a real customer video must not deceive anyone: state that it was made with AI, and don't invent experiences nobody has had.
What does the price of a UGC video depend on?
On the length of the text: the more the person says, the more the clip costs. If Tevyon writes the text, the longest possible one counts. The Marketing Agent shows the price before you start.
Can I create UGC videos for free?
You get 300 credits to start, no card needed, and can try it with those. After that it costs from 230 credits per clip. Credits come as a pack from CHF 10 for 1,000 credits or with a plan from CHF 18 a month for 2,000 credits. Credits from packs never expire.
What happens if a video fails?
When you start, the credits are reserved and only charged once the video is done. If the job fails or moderation blocks the result, you get them back in full.
