How long can a video be?
Up to three minutes in 720p, up to 160 seconds in 1080p, and up to 200 MB. The larger the result, the shorter the clip: a job takes no more than 90 seconds in 4K. A clip already in 4K can't be enlarged further.
What is the difference between precise and creative?
Precise stays close to the original. Creative invents fine details and only runs on clips of up to 20 seconds.
What does the price depend on?
On the length and size of the result. The Studio shows it to you as soon as the clip is uploaded.
Can I upscale videos for free?
You get 300 credits to start, no card needed, and can try it with those. After that it costs from 18 credits per clip. Credits come as a pack from CHF 10 for 1,000 credits or with a plan from CHF 18 a month for 2,000 credits. Credits from packs never expire.
What happens if a video fails?
When you start, the credits are reserved and only charged once the video is done. If the job fails or moderation blocks the result, you get them back in full.
